HOW LONG DO BALLOONS LAST?

Helium:

- Latex balloons not treated with Hi-Float will last 6-8 hours. It is best to order your helium balloons to arrive an hour before your event or as close to your event as possible. (Please take into consideration potential traffic and travel time)

- Helium-filled latex balloons treated with Hi-Float can last for 2-3 days.

- Foil balloons last 5‐7 days

Air:

- Air‐filled balloons generally last for a couple of weeks, but will not float.
[Please note that float time can be affected by other variables including temperature, humidity, and outdoor conditions (if being used outside)]

HOW MANY DAYS BEFORE MY EVENT DO I NEED TO MAKE AN ORDER?

- For a consultation, please reach out to us at least 3-4 weeks ahead. We will coordinate with you to plan for your event and organize the necessary decor.

WHEN TO EXPECT MY ORDER?

- For big orders, our staff will contact you to confirm your order.

IS HELIUM FLAMMABLE?

- No. For decorative purposes, helium is safe for use.

PICK UP/DELIVERY

We provide door to door delivery:

* HK Island: $120

* Kowloon: $200

* New Territories (Tsuen Wan, TKO, Shatin): $220

* New Territories: $240

[Delivery time/date can be affected by bad weather conditions, inclusive of black rain or typhoon 8's. Our staff will inform you if deliveries are unable to be fulfilled.]
